Visited the Marina Square Branch of Hotpot Culture with my friend on the 7th of July around 5.30pm. My friend absent mindedly left her shoes at the table when we left the place. She only realised her folly much later at about 8pm and we backtracked to Hotpot Culture. I was very impressed that not only did the staff keep aside the bag, they also cleverly labelled the bag with our table number so as to correctly identify us, and even left the bag at a prominent spot so that we immediately spotted it when we went back to look for the bag. A staff immediately attended to us and handed us the bag politely. Am very pleased with the thoughtfulness of the staff, would like to commend them from the bottom of my heart. This may seem very simple but to me it proves that excellent service standard goes beyond the dining experience.

Hi. I'm here to compliment one of your staff by the name of Taufik, a trainee, at your Marina Square outlet. I went there with my family to have the lunch buffet. He came to serve us out of his own initiative, and is attentive to our needs. He always makes sure our table is cleared so as to provide space for more dishes. He's also concern as to whether we will like our tea or coffee to be refilled, whether we would like to order any other dishes and he even asked if he did any mistakes so that he could improve himself. Definitely a pleasure to be served by him. My family and I all enjoyed our meal very much through his delicate service. I would like to commend Hotpot Culture on the great variety of food offered at your ala-carte dinner buffet. The quality of food also exceeds the usual standard found at steamboat/hotpot restaurants. I also had a great experience with the staff at the Marina Square outlet, particularly Taufik, a trainee staff who was very friendly and attentive. I will definitely recommend your restaurant to my friends and relatives!
